Livescribe's Smart Pulsepen

This is a pen that EVERY student should definitely buy, or already have. The perfect pen to get yourself through High School. With endless hours of notes to complete every day, and all the lost written notes you have to re-do because you can no longer find them, Livescribe's Smart Pulsepen is the way to go in my opinion.

This pen definitely has the right, in my opinion, to be called a "smart" pen.

It has a voice recorder, and as you write the notes down on paper, it synchronizes them to the pen. Because of this, you can then transfer ALL of your notes from the pen to your computer, so you have your notes digitalized, as if you had written them no the computer in the first place.

Also, there is now an App Store for the pen which has over 30 applications, all for the pen.

This "smart" pen however goes for $169. Every student should have it... for a cheaper price. Unless you have a constant problem of losing your handwritten notes, or your teacher NEVER lets you take notes during class on your computer, then I do not think you need to spend that much money on the pen.

Apple's Magic Mouse

This is definitely one of the coolest things/gadgets I have seen all year. Apple's Magic Mouse. It is Apple's new computer mouse. It is wireless and touch screen! You can scroll through pages just by scrolling your fingers on your mouse. You can do 360 turns, scroll up, down, and zoom in and zoom out. This is something definitely worth getting.

This shows you how technology is advancing more and more. Who knows if soon other computer companies will start making touch screen mouses.

Not only this, but who knows WHEN Apple will already be making another one, newer, better, and with new improved and surprising technology.

You can never stay on top of the gadget world. More and new things will always be coming out, and people, wanting to have the newest 'thing' will go buy it.

Some of these 'new things' are a complete waste of money and serve no purpose in life, however this Apple Mouse is something that I want to get myself and recommend getting.

Dyson Air Multiplier

Its Summer, its really hot, and you desperately need some air. Don't have enough air conditioning in your room so the obvious choice, a fan.

Ever been tempted to put your fingers as close to the blade as possible, or been scared that someone is going to and so turn off the fan. I realized this could all be stopped when I came across the Dyson Air Multiplier. This is an awesome and modern looking fan with absolutely NO BLADES. You can still your hand right through it and nothing will happen.

The downside, it is a little pricey, going for $299.00.

Happy New Year

Happy new year everyone! 2009 is finally over and we are in 2010. A new month, year, AND a new decade. There were new year's celebrations all over the world filled with fireworks.

One of the most famous is in Time Square where hundreds of thousands of people crowd in and enjoy the coming of the new year. I was not there myself, but after watching a video of it, I realized how amazing it must be to be there.

Virtual Video Glasses

This is cool. I would not mind saving up my money for this. They are glasses that you put on, and through them, you can watch moves, AND play video games. One of my favorite looking ones were the Zetronic 80" virtual video glasses. They simulate an 80" screen!!!!

It is showing you how technology can advance a lot and this is like going to a virtual movie theater in a way. It is also completely private and you buy yourself enjoy the movie. Why not have some popcorn with you to accompany it?

Troll Touch Touch screens

This shows how with the technology now, other companies can make money OFF other companies' designs. Apple, making a lot of money already came out with the new iMac. This other company, Troll Touch is now producing touch screens that you can buy and install on your iMac, making your iMac a touch screen computer. It shows how there is always new technology that can be added, or improved, depending on what you like to already existing technology. Popular products just keep getting added technology to until they are more, and more, high-tech.

3D Video Touch Screen Shower

Wow!, That is all I could say when i saw this. Wow, and I want this! There is a massive touch screen which controls the shower (temperature, etc.) and is a massive TV. It is called the Roca Waterdrop Shower Room. The touch screen screen also provides you with a 3D experience.

This just shows you how INCREDIBLE technology is now a days. It shows you that they are now applying technology to everything they possibly can. Something as simple as a shower which takes you 5-15 minutes on average now has a 3D touch screen where you can watch movies! Completely unnecessary, but super cool. Who knows if other shower companies will follow suit - any maybe all shower will begin having screens.

With the advanced technology that we have today, there are so many other things - some pointless - like this shower that could be done but just have not been thought of.

Although it is probably very expensive and not useful, I now want this shower. This is how all these companies make money because people see them, think it is very cool and will want to buy it.
